Finartha Technologies ("Finartha", "we", "us") provides a B2B wealth-management technology platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website (finartha.ai), why, and the choices you have. Finartha is an Amaalya Holding company serving the Middle East, Africa, and the United States.

1. Information we collect

We are a marketing website with a single contact form. When you submit it, we collect the details you provide — your name, company/institution, contact (email or phone), and message.

For security, analytics, and lead-quality purposes we also record technical metadata associated with the submission, which may include your IP address, approximate location (country/city derived from IP), browser and device type, referring page, and the marketing campaign parameters (UTM) that brought you to the site. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, qualify and manage the business relationship, prevent abuse and spam, maintain security, and improve our site and services. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent (submitting the form), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing our services, and to take steps prior to entering into a business relationship.

4. Retention

We retain enquiry records only as long as necessary. Technical identifiers such as IP address and user-agent are anonymised within 90 days; enquiries are archived after 12 months and deleted after 24 months unless an active business relationship requires otherwise.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that operate this site and our email on our behalf (currently Cloudflare for hosting and Microsoft for email delivery), and where required by law. These providers process data under contract and appropriate safeguards.
